Analysts typically work in teams of 3-6 members comprised of Principals, Senior Consultants, and Consultants in the P&R practice of IMS Consulting. They are given direct responsibilities, and as Analysts advance in their career, they become increasingly independent. As an Analyst, you will:

Work and think strategically both independently and collaboratively

Communicate strategic thought in a client-ready fashion

Conduct primary and secondary research

Analyze research to identify key findings and learnings

Build reports and presentations that frame findings and conclusions
Degree: BA/BSc; MA/MSc; PhD
Undergraduate Degree in life sciences, economics/business, and/or experience in the health care industry preferred but not required (with strong quantitative/analytical skills).
